Integrated ecosystem

One cabinet, one integrated system.

Wenvex builds the rack and specifies everything that turns it into a working cabinet, electronic access control, rack-door cooling and metered power distribution, sourced from established European vendors and fitted in our factory before the cabinet ships.

Wenvex integrates three subsystems into its data-center cabinets: access and security (electronic locks, swing handles and RFID entry), cooling and thermal (rack-door cooling units), and power distribution (metered and switched PDUs). Each is specified on the order, sourced from established European vendors and fitted at the factory in Yambol, Bulgaria, so a DX-Series cabinet arrives as a complete, working system rather than a rack that still needs integrating on site.

01

Access & security

Electronic locks & RFID access

Swing handles, electronic locks and RFID access control, the class of hardware trusted across enterprise and colocation racks, engineered into the door rather than retrofitted onto it.

Factory-integratedElectronic locks · RFID · swing handles
What it enables
  • Electronic locking with audit-trail access logs
  • RFID / badge entry for multi-tenant colocation
  • Reversible swing handles matched to the DX-Series 3-point latch

Cooling & thermal

Rack-door cooling units

High-density heat handled at the rack with rack-door cooling units, a real thermal answer for dense and HPC deployments, sized against the cabinet depth it ships in.

Factory-integratedRack-door cooling units
What it enables
  • Rack-door cooling for high-density and HPC loads
  • Heat rejected at the cabinet, close to the source
  • Specified against the DX-Series depth and door options

Power distribution

Metered & switched PDUs

Intelligent metered and switched PDUs, per-tenant energy metering and remote power management, specified with the cabinet and fitted in the vertical cable channel before it ships.

What it enables
  • Per-tenant energy metering for colocation billing
  • Remote power switching and monitoring
  • Factory-fitted vertical PDUs in the DX-Series cable channel

Ecosystem FAQ

Integration frequently asked questions

Which vendors do you integrate?

We specify hardware from established European access, cooling and power vendors and match it to the cabinet on a per-project basis. We name specific vendors on request, tell our engineering team what you already run and we will confirm compatibility for your build.

Can I order a cabinet with the PDU, cooling or locks already fitted?

Yes. Specify the access, cooling and power you need on your RFQ and we integrate and fit them before the cabinet ships, so it arrives configured and commissioned-ready, not as separate parts to assemble on site.

What access control options are supported?

Electronic locks, swing handles and RFID/badge access, all matched to the DX-Series 3-point latch. Electronic locking supports audit-trail access logs, and colocation builds can be locked per compartment.

Does the DX-Series support rack-door cooling?

Yes. Rack-door cooling units are specified against the DX-Series depth and door options and are the standard answer for high-density and HPC loads where room-level cooling is not enough.

Can PDUs be metered per tenant?

Yes. Metered and switched PDUs support per-outlet and per-PDU energy reporting plus remote power switching, which is what colocation operators need for per-tenant billing.

Can you integrate hardware we already standardise on?

In most cases yes. Send us the part numbers with your RFQ and our engineering team will confirm fit against the cabinet's door, rail and cable-channel geometry before quoting.
