The Wenvex DX-Series is a 19-inch data-center rack with a welded frame structure, built to EIA-310-D rail geometry and EN IEC 61587-1, available in 42U and 47U heights, 600 or 800 mm wide and 1000, 1200 or 1400 mm deep. It ships with four depth-adjustable mounting rails (25 mm increments), an 80% mesh front door with a reversible hinge and a 3-point latch, earthing points and a 1500 kg static load rating, and is bayable side-by-side in rows for hot-aisle/cold-aisle layouts. Access control options include the standard 1333 key, a combination lock, a profile cylinder, RFID or a custom solution. Cabinets are welded and assembled in Yambol, Bulgaria and delivered across Europe on a 2–4 week standard lead time.

Configure to spec

Every variant is a configuration, not a separate product.

Every DX-Series cabinet is generated from a structured configuration (height, width, depth, doors, access control, side panels, base, roof, colour and accessories) so your quote carries an exact SKU and a reversible technical summary.

Integrated subsystems

Access, cooling and power, built in.

Specify the DX-Series with the subsystems you already trust. Each is designed to integrate and fitted before the cabinet ships.

01

Access & security

Electronic locks & RFID access

Swing handles, electronic locks and RFID access control, the class of hardware trusted across enterprise and colocation racks, engineered into the door rather than retrofitted onto it.

02

Cooling & thermal

Rack-door cooling units

High-density heat handled at the rack with rack-door cooling units, a real thermal answer for dense and HPC deployments, sized against the cabinet depth it ships in.

Power distribution

Metered & switched PDUs

Intelligent metered and switched PDUs, per-tenant energy metering and remote power management, specified with the cabinet and fitted in the vertical cable channel before it ships.

DX-Series FAQ

DX-Series frequently asked questions

What sizes does the DX-Series come in?

42U and 47U heights, 600 mm or 800 mm wide, and 1000, 1200 or 1400 mm deep. Other combinations can be quoted as a custom build.

What is the load rating?

The DX-Series is rated for a 1500 kg static load. For higher rated loads, see the W-Series (2500 kg static).

Is the DX-Series frame welded?

Yes. The DX-Series is built on a welded frame structure rather than a bolted kit, which is what gives it its rigidity in transit and under load. It is welded, coated and assembled in our own factory in Yambol, Bulgaria.

What door and access control options are available?

An 80% mesh front door is standard, with solid or glass optional and a reversible hinge. Every DX-Series door has a 3-point latch as standard for security, and that latch takes the access control option you choose: the standard 1333 key, a combination lock, a profile cylinder, RFID access or a custom solution.

What side panel options are there?

Side panels can be specified on both sides, on the left side only, on the right side only, or left off entirely. Panels are two-piece and removable, so a bayed cabinet only needs panels at the ends of the row.

Does the DX-Series have earthing points?

Yes. Earthing points are fitted as standard so the frame, doors and removable panels can be bonded to your earthing scheme.

Can DX-Series cabinets be joined in rows?

Yes. The DX-Series is bayable and joins side-by-side in rows for cold-aisle/hot-aisle deployments. It is single-bay; multi-bay secure colocation compartments are the W-Series line.

Does it integrate cooling and PDUs?

Yes. The DX-Series is designed to integrate rack-door cooling units and metered or switched PDUs, specified with the cabinet and fitted at the factory before it ships.

What is the lead time?

Standard configurations are built on a 2–4 week European lead time. Cabinets are welded and assembled in-house in Yambol, Bulgaria, with no overseas sourcing cycle.

What standards is the DX-Series built to?

The DX-Series is built to EIA-310-D, the standard that defines 19-inch rack rail geometry and hole spacing, and to EN IEC 61587-1, the European standard covering mechanical structures for electronic equipment. Test and compliance documentation is available on request.

Is the DX-Series compatible with standard 19-inch equipment?

Yes. Because the mounting rails follow EIA-310-D hole spacing, any standard 19-inch rack-mount server, switch or rail kit fits. The four rails adjust in 25 mm increments so mounting depth can be set to the equipment rather than the other way round.
